Ten Barr Ranch is one of the oldest
ranches in Oregon. Located on 175 acres, our horse breeding
ranch is nestled in Central Oregon's high desert, two and a half
hours driving time from Portland Oregon, with easy commercial
and private air connections into the area. The Wohlers
family has spent 16 years developing it into a quality
Sport Horse breeding ranch. The climate, at an altitude of
3500 feet, is clear and dry most of the year; an ideal climate
for raising horses. The ranch grows all of its own orchard grass
hay and is surrounded by hundreds of miles of riding trails.

| We travel to 10-12 A rated shows a year throughout North America
including Thunderbird Showpark, Thermal (formally Indio), and The Oaks.
We also go to about 10 local rated shows "COHJA" which are all within
thirty
minutes from the barn . COHJA offers 2ft hunter and jumpers through 3'6
hunters and 4ft jumpers- something for everyone!
A positive, constructive experience is paramount at Ten Barr. We work
very hard to bring a cohesiveness to the sport.
